The Barn & Gazebo
The Barn and Gazebo is located just north of Damascus, Ohio at 15210 W. Pine Lake Road, Salem, Ohio. It was originally built in 1880 and has been fully refurbished by the current owner. Enjoy a 40,000+ pine tree forest surrounding the venue - that to adds to the beauty of the setting. The Barn, Gazebo and grounds are ideal for weddings, graduations, anniversaries, birthdays, reunions, fund raisers.
The Barn can seat approximately 350 guests. Eight foot tables, wooden chairs, 2 large oval oak tables, one large round oak table, gazebo, attached porch and grounds are all included in the venue for your special day.
The Barn is heated and air conditioned for what ever time of year your event is taking place. Three levels to The Barn offers the most for your guest seating and entertaining. The lowest level of The Barn includes restrooms and the kitchen.
The main level enters from the front porch and opens into the great room with a large back-drop picture window. This area offers many options for dance floor, buffet line, cake/dessert, guest book/photo/gift tables.
Two sets of stairs lead to the second level with five additional guest seating or staging areas.
The third level as well is for additional guest seating or staging areas and is connected by a foot bridge for easy access, as well as three large windows for a picturesque view of the property.
Many antiques, old fashioned coal lanterns and candelabras add to the unique character of The Barn. Outdoor lighting on both ends of the The Barn offers security for you and your guests as you come and go. NO smoking in The Barn, on the porch or Gazebo is permitted. Smoking is permitted in the parking lot and sand containers are available to you.
Venue cost does not include house caterers, cleaning services and security (if you are offering alcohol) which you are required to use for your event.
