May 11, 2024 – Blessing of the Bikes
Kickstands up for the 2024 riding season! Join Redneckside Motorcycle and Broken Chains to start off a safe motorcycle season.
June 6, 7, 8 & 9, 2024 – Salem Super Cruise
Rev your engines for three days of classic cars, hot rods, and everything in between. Food vendors and activities for all ages!
July 13, 2024 – Bubble Bash
Enjoy bubbly drinks of all kinds at local cafes, bars and restaurants. Bring your best bubble makers, bubble blowing contests, and more!
August 10, 2024 – Freed Fest & SHS Alumni Weekend!
Downtown music festival celebrating Salem’s own Alan Freed, legendary DJ who coined the term “Rock ’n’ Roll”. Live music all throughout downtown, and the Rock ‘n’ Stroll bar crawl. Plus, it’s the BIG Annual Salem High School ALL Class Reunion with special events happening all over town!!
September 14, 2024 – Superhero Saturday
Legendary Conventions Toy & Comic Expo, sponsored by Salem’s Gotham Knight Comic store, at the Salem Community Center. Downtown meet & greet with Salem’s local heroes. Dress as your favorite super hero!
October 12, 2024 – Quakerfest
Bring the family downtown for a great fall day! Tons of vendors of all kinds, fun kids activities, Boos & Brews bar crawl, and more!
November 9, 2024 – Veterans Appreciation
Visit our local businesses recognizing and appreciating the dedication of our many military veterans throughout our community.
December 14, 2024 – Home for the Holidays
Wander down the sidewalks through the charming downtown window displays, shop small businesses, holiday sales, and delicious bites!
